Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Are you calm under pressure, organized, and energized by helping people?
We're a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we're looking for a seasonal Customer Service Representative to help us deliver a smooth, professional experience during our busiest months.
This is not a "sit and answer phones" job. You are the first impression of our company and the traffic controller for our field team.
What You'll Do- Answer inbound service calls with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service appointments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage reschedules
- Enter accurate job notes and customer details in our system
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
- Support the team during peak heating and cooling seasons
- Strong attention to detail
- Calm and confident in high-volume environments
- Clear, friendly phone communication
- Comfortable using software and learning new systems
- Team-first mindset
- Willingness to help wherever needed
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person. Seasonal position aligned with peak HVAC demand (spring/summer and/or fall/winter).
Monday–Friday schedule with occasional flexibility during peak periods. Compensation
