Company Description
Cruise Dreams is a luxury travel company specializing in curated cruise vacations, bucket-list journeys, all-inclusive resort stays, and customized group and incentive travel programs. Founded in 1997, the team brings over 100 years of combined industry experience to designing seamless travel for individuals, families, and corporate clients worldwide. As a leading producer in the travel industry, Cruise Dreams maintains strong partnerships with major cruise lines, hotels, and ground operators, enabling exclusive amenities, custom excursions, and unique themed events.
The company focuses on personalized service, meticulous planning, and memorable experiences that deliver exceptional value and a consistent “WOW” factor. Team members join a culture dedicated to creating unforgettable journeys that support client goals such as performance, motivation, engagement, and loyalty.

This individual enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Most importantly, this position must become an extension of the trusted relationships already established by Cruise Dreams.
The Concierge Travel Specialist serves as the liaison between the President of Cruise Dreams, our valued clients, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel execution from booking confirmation through post-travel follow-up.
