We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face that greets our clients (both human and canine!) and helps keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re passionate about animals and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

• Greeting clients and their furry friends with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of client and pet information.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team.
• Occasionally helping with light lifting (up to 50 lbs) and other tasks in our fast-paced environment.

• Has a passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Communicates effectively and maintains a positive attitude, even during busy times.
• Is physically able to lift at least 50 lbs when needed.
