NVA Pet Resorts in Missouri is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (internally called a Pet Host) to be the welcoming face of our luxury pet resort and deliver outstanding experiences for pet parents and their furry family members.
You will manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, bookings, phone and email inquiries, payments, and vaccination record checks, while keeping the lobby safe, clean, and inviting.
