Mid-Continent Public Library in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate I. You will be the first point of contact for patrons, delivering friendly, solution-oriented service at the desk and over the phone.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm with one weekend per month and potential evening shifts. A high school diploma and customer-service mindset are required.
