Role Overview:
The Dental Hygienist is a vital member of the patient care team, providing exceptional preventive dental care and promoting overall oral health.
Responsibilities Include:- Performing dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation.
- Delivering personalized patient education and advocating for optimal dental health.
- Supporting the clinical team with high-quality supplies, tools, and best practices.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development through mentorship and continuing education programs.
- Current Missouri dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical documentation.
- CPR certification.
- New graduates are welcome; experience with digital tools and diagnostic equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including prolonged sitting/standing and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Strong communication, a commitment to patient care, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
