Location: Lee's Summit

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech‑Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic school setting located in Lees Summit, MO. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to diverse student populations, contributing to their academic and communicative success. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Deliver direct therapy services through individual and group sessions
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative school environment
  • Travel between various school sites as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure and certification (e.g., CCC‑SLP) as required
  • Experience working with school‑aged children in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations
