Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior interventions
• Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to support student mental health
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expert recommendations
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed to promote positive outcomes

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educational teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to travel regularly to different school sites, providing services where needed

This is a travel position with assignments in schools located in and around Lees Summit, MO. The role requires the ability to manage a flexible schedule and adapt to varying school environments.
