The Re:
Gen Pastor/Ministry Leader for Leadership Development & Multicampus Collaboration is responsible for equipping leaders, developing healthy ministry teams, and supporting the church’s vision across all campuses. This role focuses on training, coaching, and empowering volunteer leaders while fostering alignment, communication, and shared strategy within a multicampus ministry environment.
- Be committed to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18; 1 Peter 2:2) by assembling for instruction in God’s Word and engaging in the personal study of God’s Word.
- Responsibly use the resources at your disposal to foster the mission and vision of Abundant Life (1 Peter 5:1-4).
- Participate in an Abundant Life group (Acts 2:41-42) as well as the discipleship ministry (Matthew 28:18-20).
- Live in a way that glorifies God and aligns with the staff core values (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).
- Be committed to giving to the needs of the saints (2 Corinthians 8:1-7 & 9:12).

- Design and implement a Re:
Generation focused leadership development pathway for volunteer leaders. - Facilitate training workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership classes that cultivate spiritual formation, ministry competencies, and organizational health.
- Identify, recruit, and mentor emerging leaders within the church.
- Provide ongoing development for campus ministry teams, ensuring clear expectations and cultivating a culture of empathy.
- Partner with Campus Pastors to ensure ministry alignment, shared best practices, and consistent execution of church-wide vision and values.
- Support each campus in leader recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts.
- Lead or participate in cross-campus ministry meetings, retreats, and strategic planning sessions.
- Serve as a connector between campuses to strengthen communication, collaboration, and unity.
- Provide oversight into specific areas of Re:
Gen ministry (e.g., orientation, groundwork, step groups, coaches, worship, and production, etc). - Ensure ministry is functioning in a unified manner, appropriately resourced, and aligned with church mission.
- Assist with curriculum development, coaching guidelines, and ministry evaluation.
- Offer pastoral care and support to leaders, volunteers, and members as needed.
- Contribute to long-term ministry vision, systems, and structures that support organizational growth and health.
- Use data, feedback, and evaluation tools to improve ministry effectiveness.
- Loving people well through developing leaders, preaching/teaching rotations, and additional duties such as prayer, counseling, and spiritual guidance.
- Uphold and model the church’s theological convictions, values, and leadership expectations.
- Represent the pastoral staff team with professionalism, humility, and unity.
Requirements
Spiritual & Character Qualifications- A deep, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to spiritual disciplines.
- Demonstrated character consistent with biblical leadership (1 Tim 3, Titus
1). - Alignment with the church’s doctrine, mission, and values.
- Calling to help others find healing and freedom from sin’s power.
- Experience in a pastoral, leadership development, ministry training, or organizational leadership role.
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop leaders, build healthy teams, and create reproducible systems.
- Comfortable working in a multicampus environment with fluid communication and collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and relational maturity.
- Gifted in coaching, equipping, and developing others.
- Ability to lead leaders and mobilize volunteers.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual, ability to speak both English/Spanish
