Guiding students in their transition from education to employment, the full-time remote Career Readiness Advisor will prepare individuals for interviews, set real-world expectations, and facilitate video interview practice while creating personalized action plans to enhance their readiness for the workforce.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume discussions
- Set expectations for real-world interviews and lead practice sessions with multiple students daily
- Facilitate mock video interviews and develop individualized action plans for each student
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to deliver outstanding student service
- Professional communication skills in verbal and written English
- Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology
- Experience in a customer service or educational environment
