This 10 hour per week part-time position supports the Skills Institutes in the School of International Service. These weekend courses provide graduate students in international affairs with in-demand skills.

• The incumbent supports Skills Institute faculty during, and prior to, instruction of the course.
• The incumbent supports students in Skills Institutes by troubleshooting technological issues and other access challenges.
• Complementing the AU-wide SETs, the incumbent surveys students and analyzes the data generated by these surveys.

• Part‑time
• 10 hours per week

• $18.40 - $19.50 per hour

• Previous experience in working with events, professional communications, and/or research and evaluation.

• Bachelor’s degree in international affairs or education.
• Experience working in higher education.
• Demonstrated interest in experiential education.

• This position requires regular weekend (Saturday and Sunday) work.

• This position is available only to enrolled American University students.
