The Associate Pastor will spiritually shepherd the congregation at the Lee’s Summit Campus with the goal of advancing the AL mission of “seeing lives changed by Jesus.” In this role, the Associate Pastor will report to the Lee’s Summit Campus Pastor and will oversee ministry, events, and relationships as required by the Campus Pastor.
Essential responsibilities include providing pastoral care, mentoring campus leaders, and participating in Sunday and midweek activities.
