indify is an invite-only marketplace where the best independent artists and independent labels connect. We help artists and their teams understand the growing community of independent labels and distribution companies, explore opportunities for their future and past releases, and create the right partnership matches for sustainable success.

We’re looking for motivated, music-savvy and discovery-hungry college interns to join our A&R Research team working closely with our Latin team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of discovering and onboarding the most exciting and emerging Latin artists and their teams to indify. In the internship, you’ll strengthen your research and artist identification skills, understand more deeply what early-stage metrics indicate future traction, track artist growth, and engage with artists and their teams to introduce them to the platform.

• Scout emerging independent Latin artists showing early, emerging and strong digital traction across platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Spotify, Sound Cloud, You Tube, etc.)
• Track artist growth and maintain detailed records in indify’s Airtable database
• Research trends and emerging sub-genres, IRL scenes, and underground communities to find breakout potential
• Engage with artists and teams via email, socials, and other channels to build connections with artists/teams
• Onboard artists/teams to indify and guide them through the platform’s value and opportunities

• True fans of Latin music with deep awareness of varying subcultures/subgenres & the early staged independent artists growing within them
• Passion for discovering new music and a deep curiosity about the independent artist landscape
• Strong digital research skills (social platforms, music data tools, online communities)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple artist profiles in a database
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous A&R, label, or management experience (preferred but not required)
• College students who can attain college credits for completing the internship highly preferred
