Senior FP&A Analyst

Due to continued growth, our client is adding a Senior FP&A Analyst to their high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with talented leaders to drive strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop sophisticated financial models, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights that support company growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, advanced modeling experience, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 6+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Strong business partnering and communication abilities
• MBA preferred
