Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking proven, consistent top performers. Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ full years of demonstrated success as an Automotive Finance Manager
- A consistent track record of $2,800+ PVR
- 65%+ VSC penetration maintained over time
- Demonstrated stability and positive impact within prior dealerships
- The ability to sell with integrity while closing with confidence

Interview RequirementsCandidates selected for interviews should be prepared to provide:
- Summary documentation reflecting the most recent 90 days of finance production
- Four professional references from automotive management
- Verifiable evidence of consistent, high-level performance
