Position Information

Title: Memory Care Support Partner

Type: PRN

Location: Lee’s Summit, Missouri

Wage Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour

Come join our team at The Princeton Senior Living located at 1701 SE Oldham Pkwy Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64081!

Responsibilities
  • Advocate of Empathy:
    Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Patient Observer:
    Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique; collaborate to create engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
  • Master of the Mise en Scène:
    Set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining, library or resident rooms for routines.
  • Life Partner:
    Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
  • Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
  • Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude; LOVE residents.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
