Job Description
Saint Luke's East Hospital is looking for a Quality Resource Analyst. This position is responsible for the maintenance of complex database systems data abstraction for particular service lines data analysis and presentation and coordination of a variety of performance improvement methodology data. This individual will sort display and communicate data in support of clinical and process data query data analysis and data presentation.
Clinical experience is preferred.

The Work- Defining, planning and execution of a broad range of IT projects which support the clinical and operations functions of the medical center.
- Organizing and presenting a full spectrum of reporting capabilities which will be the basis for transforming data into action with the goal of measuring and improving clinical care and patient safety.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and services on an ongoing basis.
