Vertical Health Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team at Lee's Summit Place in Lee's Summit, Missouri. We’re a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with rehab facilities across Missouri.
This is a great opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care.
ResponsibilitiesJoin the in-house therapy team at Lee's Summit Place to deliver occupational therapy assistant services in collaboration with licensed therapists. Work with diverse caseloads in a single facility and support patient-centered care with emphasis on quality and compassionate treatment.
Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- SNF experience is a plus – but new grads are encouraged to apply!
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care
