Assistant Dietary Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Dietary Manager to join our Dietary Team in maintaining smooth operation of the kitchen & dining room. Join our active, fast‑paced, and fun team! Make an impact on patient care.
Expectations- Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service.
- Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation.
- Establish the dietary department policies and procedures for residents’ plans of care.
- Assist the Dietary Manager in the development of the department budget and maintain cost controls.
- Schedule department working hours and personnel assignments to maintain quality patient care.
