Registered Behavior Technician Job in Clinton, MO – The Pediatric Place is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and a collaborative care team to support meaningful progress and life-changing outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate daily progress notes and documentation

    Collaborate with behavior analysts and care coordinators to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with children, autism, or ABA therapy preferred
  • Ability to pass a level-two background check and provide verifiable references
