Setting: Outpatient / Physician Office
Location: Lees Summit, MO
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8-430. No nights, no weekends

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for the check in and check out desk of a specialty physicians practice performing administrative duties and exuding excellent customer service. Duties to include: greeting patients, answering multi-line phone, entering in patient demographics, scanning in documents to electronic medical record files, scheduling patient appointments according to each providers rules, and managing patient interaction to provide a high-quality patient experience.
REQUIREMENTS:- 1 year of medical administrative experience
- Proficient with scheduling patient appointments
- Reliable tenure in employment
- Excellent customer service
