We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Assistant Manager Human Resources.
In this role you will:- Support delivery of the local people agenda aligned to the People Strategy across the employee lifecycle, under guidance from the Manager.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities to uphold HSBC hiring standards, including agency liaison where applicable.
- Provide day-to-day HR support by handling employee/manager queries, triaging requests and escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Coordinate employee performance management, development and engagement activities, including communications, logistics and tracking of feedback.
- Support implementation of transformation initiatives by coordinating communications/actions and helping drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Ensure to maintain accurate HR data/records and monitor routine MI packs and dashboards with stakeholders to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Support a strong control compliance by completing assigned control checks, maintaining documentation and escalating exceptions/risks.
- Administer local third-party vendors and invoicing processes, ensuring audit-ready documentation, SLA tracking and correct cost allocation.
- University graduate (or equivalent experience), preferably in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related discipline.
- With experience in HR operations/generalist support, recruitment coordination or HR administration; financial services exposure is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills;
