This role is located in our Lee Summit, Missouri office. It is a full-time position supporting our IT Director within our organization. We operate a virtual call center, which involves loading data for our dialer and generating data-centric reports. Attention to detail is crucial as we support multiple insurance providers. The role also includes basic IT responsibilities. Standard daytime work hours apply.
Responsibilities:- Tier 1 support position
- Provide customer service via phone or written communication
- Work with Windows 10 or later operating systems
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues for remote employees
- Learn to start and monitor daily production jobs
- Enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting
- Work independently, be a self-starter, and know when to seek help
This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to learn and grow within our organization. Must be a US Citizen. This is an in-house position located in the Greater Kansas City Area.
