Job Description
The Oracle Health Application & Infrastructure Data Center Engineering team provides hands‑on system implementation, support, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle Health’s compute hardware operating within the company’s data centers.
Technical Skills Required- Resolve and diagnose server hardware issues at scale.
- Identify and help document issues for the Data Center Engineering knowledge base.
- Assist with process improvements and standard methodologies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to learn more about the industry and a passion to make a difference in healthcare.
- 4‑year degree or higher in computer science, technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.
- U.S. citizenship required due to client contract.
This position is in person for Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities- Perform performance trend analysis and manage server/network capacity.
- React to potential problems using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools, escalating to management as appropriate.
- Participate in configuration and implementation of technical solutions to enhance or troubleshoot the system.
- Maintain support documentation.
- Replace failed server components, upgrade servers to meet application demands, and proactively perform hardware maintenance to ensure efficient performance throughout its lifecycle.
- Respond to client emergencies in Oracle Health’s data centers; serve as the final line of defense before the hardware layer.
- Replace completely failed client machines quickly to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors as the bridge between Oracle Health Application & Infrastructure and contractors.
- Maintain a spare parts inventory with Data Center Capacity and Asset Management.
Hiring Range: $27.02–$54.13 per hour; $56,200–$112,600 per year. May be eligible for equity.
