Insight Global is looking to add a project coordinator/analyst to their client’s Enterprise Network organization to support the planning, execution, and tracking of infrastructure-focused initiatives across network, data center, and enterprise technology environments. This role will work closely with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, requirements are clearly defined, and communication flows effectively across teams.
They will work within a ticketing system (currently Service Now) to track progress and support backlog management—ensuring tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and moved through the workflow in alignment with project timelines. They will follow up with stakeholders on updates and ensure dependencies and blockers are clearly communicated and resolved. This person will be responsible for supporting project coordination activities such as managing project documentation, maintaining status reports, tracking deliverables, and facilitating recurring project meetings.
They will partner with delivery leads and technical teams to gather inputs, update project artifacts (including tools like Jira or Confluence), and ensure leadership has accurate visibility into timelines, risks, and overall progress. They will help bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.
