Location: Lee's Summit
Salesforce Dev Ops Engineer/Release Manager with ncino
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as SFDC Dev Ops/Release Engineer who understand the Salesforce Metadata objects and relationships.
- This individual will help in supporting and transforming the Salesforce ORG and Repository.
- Deploy all code and config changes to different environments for build teams, break fixes, and enhancement.
- Should be able to manage three to four production releases every month.
- Strong expertise in Auto Rabbit/Copado
- Experience in ncino is required
- Should be able to set up the CD / CI pipeline from scratch and env setup using Copado and should be well versed with Scripting.
- Should also possess knowledge on Workbench, ANT, and Changeset deployments.
- Provision and govern user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs.
- Experience on Salesforce configurations like Custom object, fields, Object Relationships, Apex classes, workflow Rule, Process Builder, Validation Rule, Sharing Rule, Data security, Approval Process, Page layout, Record Types, Data import export wizard, Data Loader, etc.
- Create sandboxes and make them ready for the project development.
- Define and Refresh full sandboxes at regular intervals.
- Ensure 80% or more test class coverage is maintained prior to UAT/ STG/ Prod deployment.
- This individual should understand the Salesforce Data model and Data loading skills.
- Communicate release schedule and changes to stakeholders.
- Drive release process improvement initiatives.
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect schedule or release scope.
- This is a Hybrid role and requires 3 days/week to office.
- This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
