** Job Description
** The Operations Manager will lead a team responsible for identifying, designing, and executing AI and automation solutions that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction. This role will lead a team of approximately 10 automation professionals, providing direction on priorities, execution, and problem-solving. The leader will ensure high-quality delivery and effective support for internal stakeholders across the enterprise by establishing clear expectations, measuring performance, and building accountability while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.#

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Leadership & Team Development
*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI and Automation Designers
* Set expectations for design quality, documentation, and standards adherence
* Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
** Solution Design Oversight
*** Oversee identification and definition of AI and automation solutions aligned to business strategy
* Review and guide design recommendations to ensure feasibility, scalability, and reuse
* Provide hands‐on design direction for complex or high‐impact initiatives
* Ensure

** Planning & Delivery Alignment
*** Partner with delivery, engineering, and architecture teams on scope, sequencing, and dependencies

*** Serve as a senior liaison between business leaders and technical teams

Basic Qualifications  - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience  - Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
