Description
- Work on-site as needed following Covid
19 prevention best practices. - Handle incoming customer phone calls and emails; provide first and second level support/triage.
- Address escalated tickets, provide incident response and triage to include after-hours support when tasked. Escalate appropriately as required.
- Communicate status to end users and update ticket information.
- Support technical initiatives as assigned by site technical manager.
- Assist in developing and maintaining knowledge base and department procedure documentation.
- Liaison with vendors, clients, and other teams for any required troubleshooting and/or support of projects.
- Support technical needs of employees and clients as they relate to computer based systems.
- Hardware replacement and disposal.
- Assist with on-site inventory management.
- Other duties as assigned.
