Technique is seeking a Purchasing Agent for our Jackson, Michigan facility reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You will negotiate vendor terms, confirm and file POs, monitor material ETA, coordinate pickups with shipping, and seek continuous improvements in purchasing processes.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of purchasing experience, reads blueprints, handles vendor setup, and works well with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
