Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor, is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO.
- Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
- Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives using excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Conduct fact finding for special projects and respond timely to Government inquiries.
- Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
- Prepare SOPs and revisions with excellent writing skills.
- Inform the Government of significant issues and take corrective action as needed in coordination with the COR.
- Identify and recommend new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process efficiency.
- Respond to NRC meeting requests within the allotted 2-hour timeframe.
- Develop and prepare complex analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
- Prepare SOPs and revisions as required.
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance;
Active Secret Clearance preferred - Presence at USCIS National Records Center for in-person meetings within 2 consecutive business hours of notification
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Able to conduct fact finding for special projects and respond timely to Government inquiries
- Able to present oral briefings to USCIS management officials
- Excellent writing skills to prepare SOPs and revisions
- Be proactive in informing the Government of significant issues and in taking corrective action as needed
- Be proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process efficiency
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in program management, business/public administration, production/operations/manufacturing/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting. A PMP certification (PMI) may be substituted for the educational requirement. Website: www.

- Minimum 5 years of recent (within the last 7 years) program/project management experience
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check including credit, criminal, and DMV
