• Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
• Staff, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability and deliver results.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service and food.
• Role model the highest standards.

• 3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a full service concept.
• Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations and developing talent internally.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing strongly preferred.
• Strong background with performance management, financial acumen and problem solving.
• Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence.

• A base salary of $100‑115K per year.
