We need an excellent leader who is:

• Cultural Stewardship: You are the guardian of our "Concierge Dental" environment. You possess the emotional intelligence and leadership skills to mentor a high-performing team, ensuring every member is a 10/10 advocate for our core values.
• Systems for "Boutique Style" Service: You don't just manage a team; you develop and audit the sophisticated systems required to deliver a 5 star patient journey. You will ensure that our strive for excellence philosophy is baked into every protocol, from the initial high‑value inquiry to the final clinical reveal.
• High-Impact Leadership & Alignment: You will lead efficient, high‑impact staff interactions/meetings that move beyond "to‑do lists." You possess the ability to inspire the team, recalibrate our standards, and ensure total alignment with our strategic vision, transforming routine meetings into catalysts for practice growth.
• Operational Health & Strategic Reporting: You will oversee the practice’s vital signs through meticulous reporting and systems management. By monitoring key performance indicators and overhead, you ensure the practice operates in a healthy, sustainable, and highly profitable manner; allowing our clinical team to focus exclusively on extreme clinical precision.
• The Architect Mindset: We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment but remains cool under pressure. You reject a frantic or scattered management style in favor of a composed, sophisticated, and detail‑oriented operations model.
