We're hiring Managers in Training to support multiple Kansas City locations. This is more than a management job. It's a leadership development opportunity designed to prepare high‑potential leaders to run their own restaurant.
Important:
Candidates must be flexible and willing to train and/or be placed at any Kansas City area location based on business needs.
- Learn to lead a high‑performing restaurant while living our Aloha culture.

- Develop real‑world leadership skills in operations, food safety, staffing, inventory, labor management, and financial performance.
- Partner with experienced leaders who will coach and prepare you for promotion to General Manager.
- Proven leadership experience in restaurants or hospitality.

- Strong work ethic, accountability, and a desire to keep learning.
- Flexibility to train and work throughout the Kansas City markets.
