Project Control Manager

Technical Source is looking for an experience Project Controls Manager to lead project controls on a large design project in re-baselining phase. You will serve as the single point of contact for schedule and cost management, leading a team of 5-6 schedulers and cost analysts. You’ll integrate cost and schedule impacts, identify scope gaps, and support project management decision-making.

• Schedule Management:
  Review, validate, and maintain project schedule baseline using P6; identify missing scope and critical path gaps
• Cost Integration:
  Oversee cost baseline; integrate cost and schedule impacts; analyze change order implications
• Team Leadership:
  Lead schedulers and cost analysts; coordinate priorities and ensure alignment
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Provide project controls analysis and recommendations to project leadership
• Risk Analysis:
  Identify schedule and cost risks; perform impact analysis; develop mitigation strategies
• Baselining:
  Lead re-baselining efforts in response to scope changes

• 10-12+ years project controls leadership experience
• 5+ years managing teams (schedulers, cost analysts, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Strong cost management and earned value management (EVM) knowledge
• Proven ability to integrate cost and schedule functions
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• PMP or DASM certification
• Pharmaceutical or industrial project experience
• Commissioning/validation phase experience
