Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00+/hour (based on experience) + 2.25 differential/ hour

Looking to work hours in a clean, modern, and supportive manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team on second Shift. You will help produce precision parts for the blow mold tooling industry (EBM, ISBM, IBM) using the latest CNC technology.

• Set up, adjust and operate basic machine tools to produce precision components
• Perform CNC machine setup, including fixture setup and tool changes
• Load tools, verify offsets, and ensure proper tool performance
• Align and secure work pieces and tools with accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specs
• Perform quality inspections using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Document work, maintain equipment, and support team goals
• Collaborate with other machinists and help uphold a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preferably 5-10+ years of CNC machining experience

• Familiarity with basic math, geometric tolerances and machining fundamentals preferred
• Master Cam knowledge is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and operate measurement tools
• Forklift/crane operation skills and ability to lift 50 lbs

• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that may require frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced for quality and accuracy
• Ability to operate machines and equipment with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Must be able to operate a forklift as needed to handle materials
