Job Overview
A Production Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, and working in a team-based environment building custom, made-to-order doors for valued customers. No experience? No problem. We will provide hands‑on training and support for success. This role may be the beginning of a meaningful career with opportunities for promotion.
Highlights of Your Role- Must be dependable, motivated, and committed to performing quality work.
- Woodworking experience and manufacturing background is preferred.
- Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product.
- Use measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to build doors to specifications.
- Be cross‑trained in multiple positions and work as a team player.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- General experience with computers is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
