Job Description

The AOIML Implant Assembly Line is an automated manufacturing system responsible for cutting, inspecting, labeling, assembling, and sealing implant products. The Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in ensuring efficient operation of the line while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The main responsibilities are;

  • Load and unload components required for production line operation.
  • Monitor and respond to equipment alarms to ensure continuous and efficient line performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams and equipment vendors to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure products are assembled in accordance with established quality standards, customer requirements, and approved procedures.
  • Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company compliance standards.
  • Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and operational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of automated manufacturing or assembly systems.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or process issues.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering and external vendors.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Focus on productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
