Job Description
A busy and growing manufacturing facility in the St. Charles area is looking for dependable Night Shift Construction Laborers and Welders to join the team. This is a great opportunity to get into a steady role with overtime potential and long-term growth.
Shift:Night Shift (4x10 schedule - enjoy 3 days off each week)
What You’ll Do:- Assist with building and assembling large industrial components
- Perform general construction labor including material handling and prep work
- Support welding and fabrication tasks (MIG experience is a plus)
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Construction, labor, or welding experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting
- Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Welding experience (MIG) is a big plus but not required for all roles
We have positions on 2nd shift 5pm to 3am Monday through Friday.
Pay is $21.00hr for labor position and $24.00hr for a production welder.
