Sr. Account Executive

A leader in the creative and marketing agency industry is hiring a Senior Account Executive in St. Louis, MO for a full-time position, onsite.

• 2-5 years of account management, project management, or client services experience in an agency, consulting, technology, or similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with  or similar project management software and knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

• Manage project timelines, internal workflows, and creative deliverables from kickoff through completion.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts while supporting multiple client work streams.
• Review creative work to ensure it aligns with project objectives before client delivery.
• Prepare estimates, monitor budgets, track project scope, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop meeting agendas, project recaps, client communications, and status reports to keep projects on schedule.
