This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical ICU care at Saint Luke's East Hospital, providing high acuity patient care during night shifts. • Full Time: 36 hours/ week : 6:45pm - 7:15am
• Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist
• Intensivists and NP's work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night
• Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
