Compensation: $35.65 – $47.64/hr (based on experience)
Differentials: +$4.00/hr (Nights & Weekends)

We are seeking a Charge RN – Med/Surg to join our hospital team near Lee’s Summit, MO. This role oversees nursing operations on the Med-Surg and Ortho/Trauma floors during assigned shifts, supporting patient care delivery, staff development, and hospital quality initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesAct as charge nurse for Med-Surg/Trauma units, supervising shift operations.
Monitor and support patient care delivery in a 6:1 nurse-to-patient environment.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff.
Manage staff workflow, admissions, and discharges.
Collaborate with physicians, management, and interdisciplinary teams.
QualificationsActive RN license in Missouri or Compact state.
ADN/Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
At least 2 years of recent Med-Surg RN experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications within 30 days.
Leadership or prior charge experience strongly preferred.
Additional InformationBase pay up to $47/hr plus $4/hr night and weekend differentials.
