Medical intermediate is a 30-bed unit that cares for a variety of diagnoses and complex medical conditions, including surgical, cardiac, and stroke patients. The nursing team values unit teamwork, high quality patient care, and a passion for growth and development.

Experienced charge nurses were part of the original team, and the group is looking forward to expanding while delivering excellent care. Support staff on this unit include nursing assistants, a clinical coordinator, and a clinical educator. Position:
Full‑time days.

Schedule:

12‑hour shifts. In‑hospital setting.

Location:

United States of America.

In an in‑hospital setting, the clinical nurse will utilize the nursing process to perform patient care, delegate patient care tasks, supervise other patient‑care staff, coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients, and consult with other health‑care team members when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse demonstrates proficiency and adheres to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.

• Active Missouri RN license (or compact license)
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Passion for patient‑centered care

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse – Various
• Associate Degree in nursing or related field
