The Sim Lab - Clinical Coordinator will integrate simulation lab management and clinical coordination responsibilities to enhance educational and clinical training experiences. This role requires overseeing the simulation laboratory operations, coordinating lab activities, managing clinical placements, and ensuring compliance with educational and healthcare standards.

Shift: Varies/Rotating
Education- Associate's degree in nursing
- At least 1 year of experience in lab management, clinical coordination, or a related role
- Currently licensed as an RN (Registered Nurse) in the state of practice
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Experience and/or background in nursing with experience in simulation or willingness to acquire simulation education. The Simulation Lab Coordinator maintains a certificate in simulation training or Certification as a Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) preferred.
- Proficiency with simulation technology and lab equipment
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational, oral, written, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with clinical placement coordination and understanding of healthcare regulations
