Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care MO is seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team. The role requires an active LPN license in the state and weekend availability Fri-Sun 8a-8:30p, delivering patient care under supervision of the Hospice Nurse and IDC team.
You will observe and document patient needs, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, manage documentation and supplies, and assist with clinical billing as needed.
