Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. This role is on-site, PRN with two shifts every four weeks, 8-hour shifts, and no weekends or holidays.
Preferred candidates have BSN, RN license, and case management experience. The CM Services department supports mission-critical care and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes.
