Jobtailor seeks an experienced Wound Care Leader (RN) to oversee a diverse clinical team including Providers, LPN/LVNs, and Medical Assistants. You will set objectives, drive quality initiatives, and mentor staff to deliver patient-centered care.
The role requires active RN licensure, wound care certification (preferred or within 45 days), and at least 4 years in wound care with 2 years in leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
