  - Variable by day/3 7a RNs, 2-4 Midshift RNs, 2 Techs
• o Night Shift - 3 7p RNs, 2-4 Midshift RNs, 1 Tech

Patient Ratios - 1:3/1:4 scheduled, expand as needed

Skill Set Most recruited for:

• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• ER Experience, recent ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC
• ER Charge experience for the Charge Role, ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, CPI
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
