Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing is needed for a unit located in a healthcare facility in Lees Summit, Missouri. The role involves providing patient care in a 36-bed medical surgical unit, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment on night shifts, supporting patient recovery and well-being.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program; no minimum years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Candidates with experience in Medical Surgical (MS) units, proficiency with wound vacs, IV pumps, and EMR systems
• Additional Information:
  The unit functions with equipment including Alaris Pumps and wound vacs. Staff are expected to maintain high standards of patient safety, participate in recognition programs such as Med/Surg Spotlight, and uphold the facility's quality awards. The dress code requires scrubs in Charcoal Grey, with no hoodies or sweatshirts allowed.
