Job Responsibilities- Support shift operators and inspectors.
- Partner with safety, operations, engineering, materials, and maintenance teams to meet deliverables and solve problems.
- Evaluate technical data, drawings, specifications and apply Material Review Board (MRB) procedures to ensure Quality Notifications (QNs) are properly dispositioned.
- Assist Material Review Board and Clinic members with managing projects and inventories, including daily QN tasking, product review, and physical organization of non‑conforming material.
- Promote the Product Safety and Quality culture in the business through compliance to the QMS and adherence to Quality Cardinal Rules.
Processes, procedures, inspection methods, and requirements. The non‑conforming material review process and how to work within the MRB and Quality organizations. Training will primarily be on 1st shift until you are certified as a Quality Review Coordinator; once certified this role will be on 2nd shift (2:00PM – 10:00PM).
Qualifications- A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations.

- Preferred:
Root Cause and Corrective Action experience. - Preferred:
Project management experience. - Preferred: AS9100 and internal audit experience.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; data analysis and strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six‑Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
