What We’re Looking For Responsibilities
  • Act as a “Host with the Most” – greet residents, create a welcoming dining atmosphere, mingle, entertain, and foster community connections.
  • Serve as a “Peppy Prepper” – prepare tables, salads, and silverware to ensure smooth meal service.
  • Be a “Titan of Tidiness” – bus tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Operate as an “Appetite Anthropologist” – communicate with supervisors about dietary changes or missed meals in order to support resident wellness.
Qualifications
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (minimum 8th‑grade level).
  • Positive, energetic attitude and a love for residents.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after‑fall assistance.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
